Why I chose MUSC: strong program, great faculty and approachable mentors with also amazing work environment, diverse patient population, and on top of that, the beautiful city of Charleston.

Hobbies: cooking, watching NBA games, trying different cuisines, online shopping and spending time with friends.

Dermatology Interests: general dermatology, disorders of hair and nails, dermatopathology, procedural and aesthetic dermatology.

Why I chose MUSC: The people and the place!  The residents at MUSC seemed genuinely happy, and the faculty was very supportive.  Not to mention that Charleston is such a fun area to live and explore!

Why I chose MUSC: MUSC really has it all! It's a very well-rounded program with excellent training in medical dermatology, dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, cosmetics, and surgical dermatology. There are also opportunities to get involved in research. We have incredible faculty who are supportive and really want to see the residents succeed. The residents are so friendly and create a great working environment! And Charleston is such a fun city with amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches!

Why I Chose MUSC: During my 4th year away rotation at MUSC, I found MUSC attracts hard-working residents that still know how to have fun. I was also amazed at how approachable the high-caliber faculty at MUSC were. The quality faculty and residents attract a wide, complex patient population great for resident learning in all subspecialities.

Why I chose MUSC: Every day I feel so fortunate to be a part of this program. The faculty are superb clinicians who also happen to be down to earth, approachable, and fun. The residents are hardworking, impressive individuals who are also always down to go to one of the many beaches, restaurants, or breweries Charleston has to offer. The nurses and staff are excellent, hilarious, and make clinic a positive an efficient workplace. Together, we see a wide variety of dermatologic disease and help hundreds of people every day.

Dermatologic interests: General dermatology, melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer, and surgical/procedural dermatology
